Pierre Zéro on French national tv report regarding de-alcoholised wines

In the week-end edition, French tv channel focused on the new trend of de-alcoholised wines.

Winemakers are today willing to lower the alcohol levels in their wine. That level has increasingly been higher over the years because of climate change.

Pierre Chavin decided to create a non-alcoholic wines range called Pierre Zéro, preserving all organoleptic qualities of grape varieties, the company made a range of beverages made from de-alcoholised wines to allow people that don’t want or can’t drink alcohol to get pleasure to drink.
